This sign is so easy to misinterpret that I will it do the talking. For the record and from left to right, the drawings represent (a) a person with an injured arm, (b) a person holding a child, (c) a pregnant woman, and (d) a person with an injured leg. Yeah, I know!

This isn’t a real sign, it is a satirical window sticker. I’m not sure where the article came from, but this picture is a popular joke in Japan.
